Sirens & Spirits was launched on October 30th, 2024, with our very first cocktail competition: Scary Sips, an evening where sirens were challenged to craft drinks inspired by legend and myth. From that night on, our mission has been clear: to create spaces where creativity thrives, community is built and newer competitors feel empowered to step behind the bar and share their voice.
Since our debut, we’ve explored a range of immersive and playful themes designed to push boundaries and spark imagination. From The Art of the Pour to Cocktails Without Borders, Anime Legends and Secret Garden, each competition invites participants to tell a story through flavor, technique and presentation.
At its core, Sirens & Spirits is about more than competition—it’s about fostering confidence, encouraging experimentation and making the world of cocktail competitions more accessible, inclusive and inspiring for the next generation of bartenders.
